Indirect Procurement Manager

Job Type: Full Time Shift: 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday Expected Hours: 40 Our client is a food packaging manufacturer looking to add an Indirect Procurement Manager to its team. An effective candidate, once in the role, will help establish the processes, policies, vendor relationships, purchasing contr ols, and performance reporting needed to manage the company's annual indirect spend. They will partner directly with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to help with operational needs and implement sustainable procurement solutions.

• Design and implement the company's indirect procurement policy - Audit all existing maintenance contracts and service agreements - Conduct a full storeroom audit to then design and implement an inventory program - Conduct a category-by-category spend analysis - Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on indirect procurement, MRO purchasing, or maintenance parts management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Must have prior experience building or pioneering a procurement function while working with a maintenance team - Must have a strong proficiency with CMMS and ERP purchasing modules while designing approval workflows and implementing purchasing contr ols - Must have experience managing service contracts, maintenance agreements, or vendor-written procurement SOPs, By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
