The Role

• Support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
• Assist in their learning, development of abilities, and the raising of their self-esteem.
• Foster positive "huge small victories" acknowledged as significant achievements for the pupils.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to provide comprehensive support.
• Contribute to a safe and nurturing educational environment.
• Engage, encourage, and inspire young people from diverse backgrounds.

What You'll Need

• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Enthusiasm and expertise to support teaching staff.
• Ability to connect with pupils by understanding and respecting their individual needs.
