We are recruiting for a Contract Dynamics 365 Finance Trainer for a contract to start ASAP.

Role Overview

We are looking for an engaging Dynamics 365 Finance Trainer to lead change enablement and training delivery for finance teams transitioning to D365 F&O. You will be responsible for creating role-based training curriculums, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick reference guides, and delivering interactive training sessions to drive user adoption and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, interactive modules, standard operating procedures, and quick-reference user guides for D365 F&O.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on train-the-trainer / end-user training sessions for finance teams.
  • Business Readiness: Partner with change management and finance leads to evaluate user competency, assess readiness, and deliver targeted floor-walking / post-go-live support.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback during and after training to iterate materials and improve operational adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programmes for D365 F&O rollouts.
  • Strong functional comprehension of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Intercompany transactions, and Month-End Close procedures.
  • Experience authoring clear, accessible user documentation and e-learning collateral.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex system workflows for finance end users.
