Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, with a focus on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization, aiming to enhance the live streaming experience for global users.
• Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy.
• Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• 1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products
• 2. Familiarity with mainstream content platforms
• 3. Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas
• 4. Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• 5. Proficiency in English for working in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus
• 2. Prior experience in data analysis is preferred
