Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Meet with motivated homebuyers
Understand buyer needs and goals
Explain financing, budgets, and market conditions
Show homes and coordinate property tours
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Guide clients from consultation through closing
Follow up using
CRM and sales systems
Provide a
5-star client experience
Attend sales training and team meetings
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Full-time commitment to real estate
