The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts to minimize aging.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and work with customers to resolve them.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize outstanding debt and achieve department goals.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
