Job Description

Are you an experienced new home sales professional looking to grow with a well-established builder? We are a privately held homebuilder with more than 47 years of experience building quality homes for families across the Inland Empire. With a strong reputation, long-term stability, and a commitment to customer service, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a driven, customer-focused New Home
Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide homebuyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives — from their first visit to the successful close of escrow.

You will represent our communities professionally, build strong relationships with buyers and Realtors, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Present model homes, homes under construction, homesites, and community features
· Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract and close of escrow
· Follow up consistently with prospects, buyers, and Realtor partners
· Coordinate with lenders, escrow, construction, and internal teams to support smooth transactions
· Track buyer progress, loan milestones, and sales activity accurately and in a timely manner
· Generate new business through self-prospecting, referrals, and Realtor outreach
· Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to buyer questions
· Maintain the sales office, model homes, and community presentation
· Use CRM and other sales tools to manage leads, communications, and reporting
Active California Real Estate License required
· 3+ years of new home sales experience required
· Proven ability to build relationships, manage follow-up, and close sales
· Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and standard business software
· Mortgage and escrow knowledge is a plus
· Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
· Ability to work a full-time onsite schedule, including weekends as needed
