We’re a privately owned HVAC company hiring an experienced residential technician with strong technical skills and the ability to sell. You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, explaining solutions, and asking for the business. We expect strong production built on accurate recommendations, quality workmanship, and customer trust. We’re prepared to pay serious money for proven experience and performance. Your compensation grows directly with your production—the more you produce, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do
Run residential service and maintenance calls. Diagnose system problems and complete repairs. Present and sell repair, upgrade, and replacement options. Document your findings and take ownership of each call.

What You Bring
Solid residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
A track record of turning customer conversations into sales.
Professional communication, reliability, and pride in your work.
EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
