The Role

• Design, implement, and manage secure Azure cloud infrastructures.
• Focus on security monitoring, threat detection, and maintaining compliance using tools like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates for deployment and management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI.
• Configure network security controls including NSGs and application gateways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering and/or development.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Azure solutions and working with DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
