The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in distress. • Work a demand-led schedule averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience post-qualification. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
