As a Mobile Dispensing Optician, you'll support Leightons practices across West Sussex and the surrounding region, bringing your expertise, personality and patient-first approach wherever it's needed most.

Forget the same routine every day. One week you could be supporting a busy coastal practice, the next working alongside a brand-new team in a thriving high street location. Every store is different, every patient is unique, and every day brings something new.

What is the Pulse Team?

Our Pulse Team is the heartbeat of Leightons.

Made up of highly skilled Dispensing Opticians and Optometrists, the team provides support across our network, covering holidays, additional clinics, practice projects and short-term business needs.

You'll have the freedom and variety of a mobile role while enjoying the reassurance of a defined territory. We create a travel radius around your home address, meaning you'll only be asked to support practices within approximately 90 minutes of home.

To make life even easier, we'll provide either a company car or travel allowance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for people.

You'll be:

• A fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Customer-focused and consultative in your approach

• Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations

• Organised, professional and self-motivated

• In possession of a full UK driving licence
