Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Cobol Developer to support our Marketing efforts to decommission the Mainframe: move and improve or remove. Ideally the candidate would have both cloud and Cobol skills.

Job Responsibilities

Primary requirements

·         Senior level Cobol programming skills

·         Support Marketing efforts to decommission Mainframe: move and improve or remove.

·         Create a knowledge base using AI MCP to document current marketing Mainframe functionality

·         Customer data and attributes

·         Continue ongoing support to modernize email and physical address verification.

·         Address hygiene

·         Mainframe incident support

·         Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and Jira

 

Requirements include: 

·         8+ years of experience developing web applications 

·         5+ years of experience with e-commerce application development 

·         3+ years of experience developing NodeJS applications 

·         3+ years of experience developing ReactJS applications
