We are seeking a highly motivated specialist to join a leading psychosomatic clinic, recognized as one of the largest in its field in Germany. The Role

• Take on specialist leadership responsibilities on our psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment for adolescents, with structured guidance.
• Step into the role of Chief Physician, representing the Chief Medical Officer and contributing to ward development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family counseling, and interdisciplinary sessions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an assistant doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• A strong enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including doctors, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care and contributing to a positive therapeutic milieu.
