Job Description:

A GlobalSCAPE analyst - whether in administration, engineering, or integration - needs a blend of specialized technical

knowledge and soft skills to manage secure file transfer systems effectively.

Core technical competencies

• Secure file transfer protocols: Expertise in EFT (Enhanced File Transfer), SFTP/FTP servers, and SSL/TLS encryption is essential for ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Network administration: Understanding of enterprise networks, firewalls, and secure communication channels to integrate and monitor GlobalSCAPE solutions.
• EFT administration: Proficiency in user account control, permissions, high availability (HA) deployments, web and nonweb client interfaces, file sharing, and troubleshooting Globalscape.
• Automation & workflow engines: Ability to configure and manage EFT Automation and Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE) for custom business processes Globalscape.
• Integration skills: Experience with EFT APIs, COM APIs, and integration points to connect GlobalSCAPE with other systems Globalscap.
• Monitoring & reporting: Familiarity with Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for tracking and analyzing file transfer activities Globalscape.
• Migration & cut-over: Knowledge of migration tools and in-place upgrade processes for smooth transitions Globalscape.

Certifications that add value

• EFT Administrator Certification and EFT Professional Certification from GlobalSCAPE Globalscape.
