The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Represent the company with pride, providing exceptional service and advice to customers.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers.
