Human Resources Manager

GXO Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our fast-paced transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will lead site HR strategy, partnering with leaders to drive staffing, performance management and employee engagement for a diverse workforce. You will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations, and oversee benefits, leave and HRIS data. Using a performance-driven and collaborative approach, you'll champion inclusion, support training and development, and leverage data and analytics to improve HR processes and workforce outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for a logistics site, ensuring alignment with GXO policies and local laws
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, staffing and talent development
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for hourly and salaried staff
• Administer performance management, coaching managers on feedback and development plans
• Manage employee relations, investigations and corrective actions to maintain a fair workplace
• Ensure compliance with labor, safety and HR regulations and maintain accurate HR records
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, leave programs and HRIS data accuracy
• Drive engagement, inclusion, recognition and culture-building initiatives
• Support training, career development and succession planning for key roles
• Use HR analytics to track metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements
