Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for software support and data conversion operations. You will diagnose system issues, resolve manual data requests, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Quick Position Details

Location: Jackson, MS

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (First 6 weeks Onsite for training, then Remote)

Crux of the Position

Help Desk & Ticket Triage: Manage, prioritize, and track user support requests via JIRA, email, and chat.
Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex software issues and document incidents to drive future system enhancements.
Data Support: Perform manual data manipulation and support data conversion projects.

Required Qualifications

5+ Years Experience: Direct experience with automated benefit determination systems for SNAP, TANF, or E&T.
Systems & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Windows OS and Windows PC environments.
Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and communication skills to assist end-users effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with JIRA ticketing system.
Experience with SQL Server, Mainframe, Linux, or ADABAS.
Certified Professional Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent.
