The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical corporate positions, including complex searches.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, fostering best practices in talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and recruitment plans.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assessing candidates for work history, qualifications, and cultural fit.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to excel in challenging recruitment scenarios with a positive, driven attitude.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions.
