Position: Sr AI Platforms Engineer

Job Description:

AI Platforms leads the design and enablement of platforms that support artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads from experimentation through production. This role creates the technical foundation for responsible AI adoption by connecting data, compute, model operations, security, governance, and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define an AI platform strategy and reference architecture for model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Assess requirements for accelerated compute, storage, networking, data pipelines, model serving, and workload isolation.
• Establish repeatable patterns for machine learning operations, model lifecycle management, versioning, release controls, and rollback.
• Enable access to approved data, development environments, tools, and services while maintaining security and governance controls.
• Partner with data, cybersecurity, IAM, application, infrastructure, and business teams to support responsible AI use.
• Define requirements for model observability, performance, cost management, reliability, data lineage, and usage tracking.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine where pilots, production services, or standards are appropriate.
• Help teams move successful use cases from proof of concept into secure, scalable, supportable production services.
