• Support the product team to help set and deliver the business product strategy.

• Identify opportunities by carrying out ongoing market and competitor research.

• Undertake annual product reviews in line with group governance and regulatory guidelines to ensure products deliver fair value to customers.

• Analyse and communicate the performance of all products allocated to you.

• Support the business with product training and development.

• Provide regular updates on your progress and the performance of your products.

• Identify improvements in internal processes and work with teammates to assess and implement best practice – contributing to the success and continuous development of the team.

• Perform other duties from time to time as determined by the board and senior management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product performance data and translate insight into action.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine drive for continuous improvement.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

You'll be supported to build your own personal development plan, ensuring your knowledge and skills continually grow so you can maximise your potential.

BENEFITS
