GRC Analyst

GRC Analyst Camberley £42,000 - £47,000 + perm benefits We are seeking a motivated GRC Analyst to join a growing cybersecurity function. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in governance, risk and compliance activities who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of cybersecurity governance and compliance initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure security controls, policies and risk management processes are effectively maintained.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across the organisation.<br />Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.<br />Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.<br />Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.<br />Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.<br />Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.<br />Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the cybersecurity governance function.<br />Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.

About You Previous experience within cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance or security assurance.<br />Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management activities.<br />The ability to engage confidently with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.<br />Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.<br />The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities.<br />Strong written and verbal communication skills
