Outside HVAC Sales Representative

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an Outside HVAC Sales professional to generate residential and light commercial sales for heating and cooling replacement and upgrades. You will run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform in-home evaluations, present solutions, and close sales while meeting revenue and margin targets. Partner with technicians, explain financing options, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Generate HVAC replacement and upgrade sales through company-provided and self-generated leads
• Conduct in-home evaluations and needs assessments for residential and light commercial customers
• Present HVAC solutions, proposals, and financing options clearly and professionally
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and margin targets
• Partner with HVAC technicians to ensure seamless job delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on open proposals
• Stay current on ARS-Rescue Rooter products, promotions, and financing programs
• Represent the company with a safety-first, customer-focused, and ethical sales approach
