Principal Software Engineer- Hybrid with Security Clearance

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Principal Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This is Hybrid position. Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects
• Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to design feature specifications and build products • Conduct design and code reviews
• Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors • Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
• Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems Required Skills:
• Twenty (20) or more years of experience with the following web application and/or front-end languages and technologies plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR 4 years additional experience might be substituted for a degree. • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Git
