QA Automation Engineer

" 6 years experience in Software Development / Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application.
" Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs and web applications using Selenium and Python.
" Build and execute test automation strategies for Voice/VoIP/SIP-based systems and features.
" Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across the application stack.
" Write and Eligible to workimize SQL queries to validate data integrity and support test case design.
" Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
" Use Git for version control and collaborative test code management.
" Monitor and troubleshoot application logs using Splunk to identify and diagnose defects.
" Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards (WCAG or equivalent).
" Manage and track defects/incidents through ITSM tools as part of the QA lifecycle.
" Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.
" Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
" Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have Proficiency in a scripting language for automation such as Python or JavaScript, also needs experience REST APIs test automation.
