Entry Level Sales Consultant to join our Boston-area retail promotions team. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations
, representing energy services and helping customers understand available plans, promotions, and options.

This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or another people-focused environment who wants to break into professional sales.

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
Represent and promote energy services and current offers
Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
Explain available services, pricing, and promotions clearly
Help interested customers complete the enrollment process
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Develop skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition
Compensation
This position provides a base salary, with the opportunity to increase your total earnings through:
Performance-based bonuses
Sales commission
Additional performance incentives
