Project Manager

A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural & Envelope Intervention, Detail & Build, Design & Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment, cross projects typically ranging from £500k to £20M+.

This opportunity is in relation to a £14M low rise Office building, compromising of a CAT A Fit Out and Refurbishment. The ideal candidate will have good Main Contractor, Internals, and Client Facing experience, whilst being available at short notice for handover with the existing Project Manager.
