The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of 100+ merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations.
• Oversee key merchandising initiatives including category resets, new item cut-ins, and inventory audits.
• Recruit, train, and manage field employees to meet project and client expectations.
• Drive operational efficiency by managing district costs such as travel and overtime.
• Foster strong relationships with retail partners and client personnel.
• Ensure a high rate of on-time project execution and achieve financial targets.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail operations or field management, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel frequently (approx. 65%) and manage field operations.
• A valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of retail merchandising practices.
