Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, integration, customization, migration, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, configuration, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical solutions.
• Configure SAP modules based on business processes and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, technical specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with internal and third-party applications.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and project managers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide project status updates.
• Ensure SAP solutions follow security, compliance, performance, and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide technical/functional guidance and mentor junior SAP consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules:
  • SAP FICO
  • SAP MM
  • SAP SD
  • SAP PP
  • SAP EWM
  • SAP TM
  • SAP BW/4HANA
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • SAP ABAP
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration.
• Experience with SAP HANA, Fiori, and S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration technologies such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, REST, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools, defect management, and UAT.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BTP experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Knowledge of APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager / ALM.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise SAP environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Certifications

Preferred certifications include:

• SAP Certified Application Professional

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
