Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design efforts while working closely with PEGA architects and development teams to deliver enterprise-scale applications.
This role requires a strong background in PEGA Business Architecture, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling.
Required Qualifications
- PEGA Certified Business Architect (CBA) with 4+ years of post-certification experience
- Minimum 9+ years of overall IT/Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 7+ years of Use Case Development experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect
- Current PEGA certification with at least 3 years of recent certification history
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and PEGA teams to define solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Develop business process models, workflows, and wireframes.
- Define acceptance criteria and support testing activities, including UAT.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, test cases, release notes, and training materials.
- Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and project team members.
- Support enterprise software implementation and deployment activities.
