Job Title: SSO (IAM) Engineer

Location: Charotte, NC

About the Role:

MUST HAVES:

• Ping Identity




• PingFederate/PingAccess, policy design, integrations




• SSO protocols




• AML, OAuth, OpenID Connect




• Cloud IAM (app federation, roles, policies)


• Java & Python/C# (IAM customization)


• Directory/Auth: LDAP, Active Directory, MFA


• Enterprise experience

Day to Day:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise SSO solutions utilizing the full Ping Identity suite.


• Configure and maintain PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID environments.


• Build and support secure authentication and federation solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.


• Partner with application teams to onboard new applications into enterprise SSO platforms.


• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation-related production issues.


• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.


• Support MFA deployments and identity security initiatives.


• Maintain high availability, performance, and stability of Ping infrastructure.


• Participate in architectural discussions and provide IAM engineering recommendations.


• Automate operational processes and platform deployments where possible.


• Collaborate with security, networking, cloud, and application engineering teams.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $70 $73 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
