The Role • Take on initial leadership responsibilities for the psychosomatic adolescent unit with a long-term view of full leadership. • Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for young patients. • Represent the Head Physician in the role of senior physician and contribute to service development. • Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training. • Ensure high-quality patient care through regular involvement in admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary sessions. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training. • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, therapists). • Experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities. • Adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
