Job Description

Primary skills/experience :

Any Programming language (Python, Java, C#)) used for API test automation
Building Test Automation framework
Selenium, Appium, Webdriver, Junit, TestNG, or similar
Secondary skills/experience
Devops/CI CD understanding
Cloud technologies (Google cloud or Amazon Web Services)
GitHub, Bitbucket, Git
New Relic, DataDog, etc.
Postman, or a service layer testing tool
jMeter, Gatling
Performance testing

Qualifications :

5+ years' experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance or testing
Strong understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and quality processes
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence / Lucid
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Ability to independently deliver test planning and analysis without detailed direction
Professional Spanish language skills (required) for bilingual / Spanish-language call-flow and NLU quality validation

Preferred Experience :

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript), including Dialog Flow CX / conversational test automation
Experience testing conversational voice agents, Google Dialogflow CX / Google CES, and IVR/CCaaS migrations
ISTQB or comparable QA certification
Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset
