Hiring: .NET + Ruby + Python 

Location: Remote
Experience & Visa Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess on-premises applications for cloud migration readiness.

• Containerize and modernize applications built with Ruby on Rails, .NET, Python, and/or Elixir.

• Deploy applications to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Re-platform legacy applications and integrate Azure Key Vault.

• Plan migration cutovers, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.

• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting.

• Troubleshoot application, container, and networking issues.

Required Skills:
Software / Platform Engineering
Kubernetes in production (2+ years); AKS preferred
Azure Cloud Services, Networking, Identity & Key Vault
Docker, Helm Charts & Kubernetes Manifests
GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps CI/CD
Ruby on Rails, .NET, Python, and/or Elixir — strong proficiency in at least one
Legacy Application Modernization & Cloud Migration

Nice to Have:

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• VMware-to-cloud migration

• Datadog, PagerDuty, certificate management & mTLS

• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
