The Role

• Engage in practical phases of study at nearby partner organizations.
• Gain comprehensive insights into social-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical support within individual life contexts.
• Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, pedagogical guidance in everyday family life and educational settings.
• Deepen expertise in one of four specialization areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-approved technician/business administrator certification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong sense of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, compassion, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
