Location: Aberdeen (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Start Date: October 2026

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking 6 Hardware Install Engineer's to support a large-scale end-user device Install project. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation and replacement of end-user devices across the estate, working as part of a dedicated project team. This is a hands-on Install role requiring strong customer service skills & attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and replace end-user devices across multiple departments.
• Carry out hardware installations, device swaps, and desk-side support activities.
• Disconnect, reconnect, and test user equipment and peripherals.
• Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting during deployments.
• Ensure all devices are configured and deployed in line with project requirements.
• Accurately update deployment records and asset tracking documentation.
• Escalate any technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Support the collection and management of Legacy equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working directly with end users.
