Job Description

About Healthleap

Every day, millions of hospitalized patients who need intervention are missed because clinicians simply can't see everything. HealthLeap is building the AI operating system that helps care teams identify these missed patients, enabling them to improve health outcomes and generate millions of dollars. HealthLeap is changing what is possible: closing gaps that traditional workflows and clinician capacity could never.

Over the past year, we've grown contracted revenue more than 13x, expanded rapidly across leading health systems, and now help care teams identify patients across millions of inpatient encounters.

We're ~25 people. >$32M raised. SF-based, hybrid-friendly. And, we're delivering results that are changing lives.

Why this role

You've spent years learning what good care looks like at the bedside, and you've seen how much depends on the right information reaching the right person in time. This role lets you put that judgment to work across entire health systems.

You'll be the clinician on our team who makes Healthleap fit real practice: earning the trust of clinical leaders and frontline users, shaping how our product is introduced into daily work, and bringing what you learn straight back to the founders, product, and engineering. You'll see your influence show up in how care is delivered, and in the product itself, within months rather than years.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the clinical partner to health system leaders and frontline teams, building trust from the executive suite to the unit

  • Lead the clinical side of implementations, from planning through go-live and sustained daily use

  • Design and deliver training that builds confidence and lasting behavior change

  • Stay close to the people using Healthleap: understand their day, find where things get in the way, and fix them

  • Help clinical teams measure the impact of their work and build on it

  • Bring frontline and clinical leadership insight into product decisions, and help launch and validate new capabilities

  • Be the voice of the clinician inside Healthleap, and represent Healthleap with clinicians at conferences, site visits, and across the industry

  • Help define how our clinical model scales as we expand to new conditions and new health systems

What we're looking for

  • Significant clinical experience (typically 6+ years) as an NP, PA, RN, or in a closely related clinical role, with a strong grounding in inpatient care

  • Experience leading change in a clinical setting, whether formally (implementation, education, quality, informatics) or informally (the person your unit turned to when a new workflow or system arrived)

  • Comfort using data to find opportunities and show impact

  • Thrive with ownership and ambiguity in a fast-moving, early-stage company

  • Curious about AI and eager to learn, ideally already using it in your own work

  • Willing to travel regularly for site visits, shadowing, training, and conferences

A note on fit

If you're a clinician who's excited by the mission and brings most of what's above, we'd like to hear from you, even if your path doesn't match every line.

If you're passionate about applying frontier AI to real-world impact, join us in building healthcare's future.
