Mobility Service Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobility Service Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and enterprise mobility management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing mobile devices across Apple and Android platforms while supporting Microsoft workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Copilot. The role requires hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile security, device lifecycle management, and end-user support within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Skill: Microsoft Intune & Mobility Management

• Administer and support enterprise mobility services using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access, and application deployment.
• Configure and enforce security policies across iOS, Android, Windows, and other supported devices.
• Monitor device compliance and remediate security or policy violations.
• Support mobile device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, upgrades, refreshes, and decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot Intune-related issues involving device enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and user access.

Apple Device Management

• Manage and support Apple iPhone, iPad, and iOS/iPadOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Configure security policies, VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates, and application deployment settings.
• Troubleshoot device-level and application-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and mobility standards.

Android Device Management

• Support Android devices across various manufacturers and Android Enterprise environments.
• Configure work profiles, containerization, device restrictions, and secure application deployment.
• Ensure device compliance, security, and a consistent end-user experience.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues.

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Implement and manage enterprise MDM and MAM solutions.
• Support mobility security initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Administer device policies, application delivery, patch management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams to resolve mobility-related issues.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Secondary Skills: Microsoft Productivity & Modern Workplace

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and the Office Suite.
• Assist users with Microsoft Power Apps functionality, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Support adoption and usage of Microsoft Copilot and related AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Collaborate with Modern Workplace teams to support end-user productivity initiatives.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to Microsoft ecosystem products and services.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management and End User Computing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory).
• Experience managing Apple iOS/iPadOS and Android devices in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, Azure AD/Entra ID, and device security frameworks.
• Experience with application deployment, device enrolment, and mobility troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE (AirWatch), MobileIron/Ivanti, or similar solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption and end-user enablement.
• Exposure to enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Intune, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, or Modern Workplace technologies.
