Job Summary
We are looking for a strong Java Engineer to support multiple technology projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java and backend development, along with exposure to cloud technologies and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. The role will involve working on AI-related initiatives, data analysis, cloud technologies, and backend engineering.

Deep AI expertise is not mandatory; candidates with a strong engineering background who are open to learning and applying AI technologies are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Java. Work across multiple projects and technology initiatives. Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices. Contribute to AI-related projects and applications and learn new AI technologies as required. Analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions using strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Work with cloud technologies to develop and support enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in system design, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, and production support. Work with different technologies and platforms based on project requirements. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in AI and cloud. Required Qualifications
6-7+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java / Core Java.

Experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and technology areas. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, including AI. Good to Have
Python development experience. Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI-enabled applications. Data analysis experience.

Experience with Spring Boot, GraphQL, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
