Job Description

Business Analyst - Custody

Contract - ASAP start

Onsite

Our client is currently searching for a Business Analyst who is experienced in Custody, to support the delivery of digital and business transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. You would be required to work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and support change delivery.
  • Assess business impacts, risks, and process improvements.
  • Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work within Agile teams to support planning, delivery, testing, and implementation.
  • Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across business functions.

Skills & Experience

  • Around 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Banking experience, ideally in Luxembourg.
  • Good knowledge of Custody Banking Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • English & French speaking is needed, any other language is considered an asset.

Please note, you must be able to start within 1 month and work onsite in Luxembourg, to be considered for this opportunity.
