The Role
- Planning and supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Contributing to resident care on the living areas
- Taking overall responsibility for the practical training of apprentices
- Ensuring competency development for trainees and liaising with nursing schools and external partners
- Maintaining and advancing quality management processes
- Conducting staff training on care-related topics
What You'll Need
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (geriatric or general)
- Certified training as a Praxisanleiter (practical instructor)
- Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept
- Empathy, strong social skills, and excellent organizational talent
- Professional demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and relatives
- Basic PC skills including MS Office and relevant specialized software
