Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives by bridging business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, creating functional specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Work with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and project status reports.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to business requirements.
• Support application design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Provide guidance to technical teams and support successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master''s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• 5+ years of experience analysing and designing enterprise or large-scale business applications.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, SDLC, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Working knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and application development concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
