About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team working on significant ICT transformation initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative, fit-for-purpose Salesforce solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and secure applications while supporting the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working in agile environments and delivering impactful outcomes using Salesforce technologies.
The Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Establish and support AI-assisted development capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST API integrations and platform integrations.
- Work with source control and package-based development methodologies using tools such as GitLab, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
- Support agile software delivery practices using Atlassian Jira and related DevOps toolsets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and business teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Experience working with object-oriented programming (OOP), software frameworks, and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of package-based development, source control, and DevOps practices.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and related integration technologies.
- Proven experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best-practice development approaches.
- A commitment to accessible and inclusive design principles.
- Experience delivering three or more Salesforce CRM implementations within agile project environments.
- Salesforce certifications including:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- OmniStudio Developer
- Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), including configuration and customisation.
- Experience working within large-scale government or enterprise ICT environments.
- Initial 12-month contract with a further 12-month extension option.
