SAP FICA / SAP Finance

Introduction:

This position involves leading the implementation and configuration of SAP FICA with BRIM experience in the Telecom Industry. The role requires expertise in SAP FI, documentation, finance, invoices, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services modules within SAP BRIM.
• Customize and configure SAP BRIM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance financial processes.
• Manage end-to-end billing, invoicing, and payment services processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the integration of Convergent Invoicing and Payment Services with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems like Salesforce.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FICA, Convergent Invoicing, and Payment Services integration issues.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and resolve discrepancies.
• Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP BRIM functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• SAP FICA with BRIM experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP FI
• Minimum 10+ years of overall work experience
• Experience in the Telecom Industry

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Experience with billing and collaboration
