We’re working with an established IT services provider looking for a talented Senior IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. The Role

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to a diverse client base, resolving complex technical issues and helping maintain reliable IT environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing advanced 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support across a range of technologies.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, networking and infrastructure issues.
Supporting Microsoft-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
Managing escalations and assisting with more junior members of the technical team.
Supporting the implementation, maintenance and improvement of client IT systems.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and technical performance.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior IT support, 2nd Line or 3rd Line engineering position.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
A good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Someone who takes ownership of technical issues and is keen to continue developing their skill set.
Relevant industry certifications are beneficial, but a willingness to learn and progress is equally important.
