The Role • Responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service, from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to complete the required examination for Operations Manager (HWK) or already possess this qualification. • Hold a valid driver's license (Class B) and possess good German language and PC skills. • Demonstrate strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and maintain trusted working relationships.
