Finance and Billing BI Developer

Salary: $83,483.92 - 116,760.8 per year
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in T-SQL for querying, data extraction, and report development.
Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI or an equivalent visualization tool, such as Tableau or Qlik.
Strong experience with Workday Finance reporting in a healthcare organization.
Residence in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Delaware, with the ability to work onsite several days per week, particularly during initial onboarding.

Preferred: Experience with both Workday Finance reporting and Epic Hospital Billing reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytics using T-SQL and BI visualization platforms.
Build and optimize data models for healthcare billing, enterprise financial analysis, and strategic forecasting.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to understand reporting needs, turn business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver accurate data solutions.
Support enterprise system implementations and integrations, including financial workflows and revenue cycle metrics.
Maintain data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with healthcare data security standards.
Work with technology leads and executive finance leadership to turn complex healthcare financial data into actionable insights.
