We're seeking anexperienced Program Managerto lead our SAP Upgrade Program, ensuring seamless delivery across Finance, HR, Retail,and Supply Chain operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP Upgrade program.
• Drive planning, execution, budgets, risk management and reporting.
• Manage contractors, partners, licences, and program costs effectively.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure business alignment.
• Oversee documentation and governance under EPMO standards.
• Ensure smooth transition and handover to operations.

What you'll bring

• Expertise across SAP Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP upgrade paths and SAP RISE migrations (highly valued).
• Strong background in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage large budgets and resources with confidence.
