GTM Enablement Analyst

We are looking for a GTM Enablement Analyst. This role is designed for someone who can transform data, AI, and team ideas into practical tools that enhance the performance of our Sales and Account Management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and analyze data from Gong, Clue, Salesforce, and other GTM tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build simple dashboards and reporting that help Sales and AM leadership make better decisions.
• Turn competitive intelligence into useful insights, battlecards, and messaging for the team.
• Partner with Sales and AM leaders to build trainings, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Partner with the Enablement team from concept to outcome.
• Use AI and automation to improve GTM workflows and make teams more efficient.
• Measure what’s working and continuously improve enablement programs.

Requirements:

• Strong with data, analytics, and problem solving.

• Curious and hands-on with AI and new technology.

• Experience with tools like Gong, Clue, Salesforce/CRM, or dashboards.

• Strong communicator who can turn data into clear, actionable insights.

• Highly organized, proactive, and a strong executor.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, AM, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.

Required Skills:

• Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Clue, and Salesforce.
