US Non-IT Business Development Manager (BDM) - (Onsite)
Location: Near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new US staffing clients across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Tax, Production, and other domains.
  • Build relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Partners, and Implementation Partners.
  • Manage client requirements and oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage recruiters to achieve team goals.
  • Drive revenue, placements, and new business opportunities.
  • Identify IT Services and domain-specific project opportunities.
  • Leverage professional networks to generate new business.
  • Contribute to strategic business growth and client retention.
Requirements
  • 5+years of US IT & Non-IT staffing business development experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong relationships with Tier-1 Partners, End Clients, and Implementation Partners.
  • Target-driven, aggressive, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Strong technical recruitment and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
