Application Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Application Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Microsoft Azure and SaaS programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure/Salesforce, cloud migrations, integrations, DevOps, and managing global technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from requirements through deployment and hypercare.

• Manage global/offshore technical teams, multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Partner with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Technical Leads, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

• Provide technical guidance on Azure, Salesforce, integrations, data migration, and application architecture.

• Oversee integrations involving Kafka, MuleSoft, Salesforce, SaaS, and legacy applications.

• Guide ETL/ELT and data migration activities using Azure Data Factory.

• Manage Azure DevOps/Jira dashboards and ensure adherence to DevOps, security, governance, and change-management standards.

• Provide daily team updates and weekly executive-level status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Project/Program Management.

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Salesforce.

• Experience delivering complex cloud migrations, integrations, Salesforce/Azure implementations, or M&A technology programs.

• Experience with Azure, Salesforce, SQL, Azure Data Factory, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, and Copado.

• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications

Minimum 2 certifications from:

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

• Azure Data Engineer Associate

• Azure Administrator Associate

• Azure Fundamentals

• Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Platform Developer

Plus minimum 1 certification:

• PMP

• Agile/Scrum

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field required.
